根治性放疗通过高能量射线精确照射肿瘤区域，通常分几次完成，在数周内完成整个疗程。此方法能够精准地破坏癌细胞DNA结构，同时对周围健康组织损伤较小，适用于无法手术切除的局部晚期前列腺癌患者。
2.内分泌治疗
内分泌治疗主要是通过药物如戈舍瑞林、亮丙瑞林等来降低体内雄激素水平，一般需要长期服用。该治疗方法可有效地控制前列腺癌细胞生长，减轻由于高水平雄激素刺激导致的病情恶化。
3.化疗
