脑瘤未进行手术治疗可能导致颅内压增高、生命体征紊乱、神经功能障碍、认知功能下降，严重时可导致死亡。
1.颅内压增高
颅内压增高主要是由于肿瘤体积增大压迫周围组织结构所致。这会导致头痛、呕吐、视力模糊等症状，严重时可引起昏迷甚至死亡。
2.生命体征紊乱
生命体征紊乱是脑瘤发展到一定程度后，对机体正常生理活动产生干扰的结果。患者可能出现心率不齐、呼吸困难等现象，如果不及时处理可能危及生命安全。
3.神经功能障碍
Neurologic dysfunction is caused by the tumor's invasion and compression of adjacent neural structures.The condition can lead to motor deficits, sensory changes, and other neurological symptoms that affect an individual's daily functioning.
4.认知功能下降
Cognitive decline is associated with damage to brain regions involved in memory and information processing due to the mass effect of the tumor.This may result in difficulties with concentration, problem-solving, and retaining new knowledge.
5.死亡
Death occurs when the brain's critical functions are irreversibly compromised by the tumor's growth and spread.Severe cases without treatment typically progress rapidly to advanced stages of disease characterized by severe disability or loss of consciousness before death.
面对脑瘤，应避免过度的精神压力和焦虑，以免加重病情。建议定期进行体检，如MRI或CT扫描，以监测病情变化并采取适当的治疗措施。
