Anemia is caused by the reduction of hemoglobin levels resulting from the bone marrow suppression induced by TDF.It can lead to fatigue, shortness of breath, and an increased risk of infections.

Osteoporosis results from the decrease in bone mineral density caused by the drug's impact on bone metabolism.The condition increases the risk of fractures and may cause back pain or height loss.
